Neal Kauder, President
Neal founded VisualResearch, Inc. in 1996. He is nationally recognized for his research and statistical analysis work, and the execution of complex information design. Neal conducts seminars and presents VRI results to stakeholders at both U.S. and international venues. Neal oversees all research projects, information architecture, and creative activities.
Kim Small, Program Manager/Sr. Research Associate
Kim manages data collection efforts, develops research methods, and executes data analytics. She performs user training seminars and presents research results to managers and stakeholders. She works with designers to present print and digital project deliverables. Kim is typically with a project from inception to delivery, and manages scheduling for the team and vendors.
Patrick Davis, Program Manager/Sr. Engineer
Patrick conceptualizes large-scale projects by conducting complex data analysis, designing interactive spreadsheet applications, mapping, and writing reports. His experience in program management extends to a number of areas, including engineering, mathematics, business, performance measurement, and economics.
Kathleen Addison, Senior Policy Consultant
Kathleen provides qualitative and quantitative consultation for policy evaluation and analysis. Previously, she conducted research on social capital and community-centered governance for government consulting firm Centre for Public Impact. She received her Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yale University.
Justin Brady, Lead Graphic Designer
Justin executes a variety of graphic design services, including print and interactive designs. Justin is proficient in numerous design software packages and development languages, and is an experienced digital and traditional film photographer. Justin assists with printing services and interactive web implementation, branding, and information architecture.
Bryan Kauder, Principal Research Consultant
Bryan provides a range of consulting services including database development, statistical analyses, and creating data visualizations. Also a Technical Program Manager at Facebook, Bryan leads the Civic Integrity data infrastructure team to build and analyze databases powering elections, civic engagement, and civic integrity products across Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. Bryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Harvard University.
Adam Kauder, Principal Strategy Consultant
Adam consults on brand and content strategy, including social media strategy, voice and tone guidance and digital planning. After working for Facebook's Global Marketing division as a content strategist, he returned to the advertising industry as a Senior Strategist at AKQA. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Film Studies and Kinesiology from The College of William and Mary.
Denise Overbey, Office Manager
Denise oversees all office management
functions including accounts receivable, payroll, and all human resource functions. Denise has a BS in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
